- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆several years ago one of their water pipes that was underground beside my house broke. Water came flooding into my basement, so i called them and they sent someone out.Whomever it was just did a check on some pipe somewhere down the street and concluded there was no leak. Without them even looking down in my basement i demanded they send someone back out, they did they next day. Turns out once they got inside they still didnt think it was city water but did test it to basically shut me up, well the test turned out to show it was city water and before anyone showed up to actually fix the leak; it was over a week with water pouring through my foundation. My basement was a disaster with sandstone debris and they never had to pay one penny in the thousands in damages they caused because they are considered a government entity,,,i just dont get laws like thatBy Stanley Lipinsky, December 07, 2016
